Back Injuries…😒

The fear with back injuries is that you never know if you are ever going to fully heal.

One is likely to end up having to live with a back issue for the rest of his life.

This is not life I am ready to accept now,

I don’t know to go from here,

I am torn, I am in pain and I feel lost.
