April 26th to June 14th…
What would be the things to look at.
- how you feel, what is the feeling you want more.
- energy levels.
- depleted-ness.
- accident proneness
- errors and silly mistakes
- sharpness of you attention to detail
- levels of fatigue.
- how you think of yourself.
- quality of sleep.
- resources spent — this is pretty obvious. you spend more on it…
- quality of your decision making.
- we are looking to measure the impact of changing not 2 things but just one.
- skin.
- recovery from injury.
- the intensity and pull towards pleasure.
- spontaneity.
- ulterior motive is to feel better about myself — while that is ongoing also look at results.
- levels of confidence, intuition, etc
- creativity, the number of articles published in that period and the depth of dissection into the subject matter
- it would require a longer period of staying without and studying the results.
- give yourself 7 wks.
- don’t take indulgence off the table…you will continue indulging after that time or not…
- if you find that life is better in that mode continue indulging…just like the vegan challenge thing.
- the challenge has to be implemented to the teeth, to get a full picture of results…
