My Astral Projection Attempt Story

It was at the beginning of my spiritual journey around 2020, spiritual awakening glimpses got me on the hook to seek more experiences.

I bumped into astral projection, I did it 5 times and never tried again.

I would go to YouTube, look for binaural beats for astral projection, then use sound proof earphones to get into the astral projection state in meditation.

The meditation was done lying on back with my hands close to my body.

The first step was to feel the inner body through and through till I was only pure energy/consciousness ( till I could only feel the energy body of myself ).

The step two was to imagine myself lifting from my body, or imagine being pulled from my body.

Through the steps the advise was that to be positive and to call out for good/ beings of light/ guardian angels in the astral realm to ensure a safe transition to the astral plane. i.e. the good angels in the Bible — Gabriel etc.

Step three was to imagine myself as a bundle of light while I was meditating.

I tried it and on the 2nd or 3rd attempt it worked.

Right before my consciousness/astral body was lifting from my body, I felt it amalgamation to one bundle of energy. I felt like a rapid charring of television ( zile mchele za tv ). Then I started to feel the pull away, when I was almost crossing over I got scared and pulled back totally.

I read other astral projection stories that said you might meet bad entities in the astral plane and the might hold your astral body hostage, I also heard others that said, astral projection might open a gateway (legal ground) for them to inhabit my body while I was in the astral realm etc etc. Those things got to my head somehow and I have never tried to astral project again…
