My Suggestion for Meditation

1. Do stretches

2. Take a warm shower

3. Lotion your whole body

4. Wear lose clothes — Ensure you are warm enough

5. Sit on your bed. Sit upright. You can lean on the wall but your back has to be straight,

6. Then start…

You can do breathwork

You can do inner/outer body awareness

You can let your thoughts run till they end

Once the mind becomes less active — the thoughts become less — you will move to another state

Calm, Peace, Quiet, let it engulf you. It will sustain you for some days
